NIA's ultimate purpose is to create equity and economic development through programs, historical enrichment, entrepreneurial support and community enhancement. NIA, by addressing the needs and development of persons of color and other diverse populations seeks to inspire those with such needs to access the doors of opportunity, using truth, justice, dedication and knowledge. Our door will forever be open to all, closed to none!
